ABOUT THE TRANSITION
Renewal Rehab takes a hands-on approach, with Regional Managers regularly visiting facilities to support staff, ensure quality care, and maintain a positive, engaged environment. All staff will be promptly informed of any changes through clear and consistent communication.
Your current employer will determine how your accrued PTO is handled. At Renewal Rehab, you’ll begin accruing PTO from your first day.
- Full-Time employees become eligible for benefits after 30 days of employment, with coverage beginning on the first of the following month. The Renewal Rehab Benefit Enrollment Team will contact all eligible team members to enroll them via phone.
Yes, we offer a 401k plan with a 4% company match based on your deduction amount.
